Early Access roadmap
Moon Corona enters Early Access on July 30, 2026. Budaolong Studio plans to remain in Early Access for approximately six months, during which they will:
- Expand content and add new late-game regions
- Balance card effects and class abilities based on community feedback
- Add new classes and card types
- Improve quality-of-life features
- Polish the overall gameplay experience
The Early Access version includes nearly all core gameplay systems and offers approximately 16 hours of content per playthrough. While AI-generated art is used for some 2D assets, all generated material is manually repainted and edited. Core gameplay, level design, and combat systems are 100 percent handcrafted.

How to read Moon Corona patch notes
Updates during Early Access can change card values, class abilities, and encounter difficulty. When a new patch drops, check these areas first.
- Card balance — Did your core combo cards receive damage or cost changes? Revisit the Deck Building Guide if your build feels weaker.
- Class tuning — Advanced classes like Barbarian or Elemental Master may shift in the Advanced Classes Tier List after major patches.
- Controller and UI fixes — Quality-of-life patches often land separately from content updates. See the Controls Guide if input feels different.
- Localization — Language additions may arrive without gameplay changes but still matter for new players.

Budaolong Studio shipped meaningful patches roughly monthly during the pre-launch demo period. During the planned 6-month Early Access window, expect a mix of:
- Larger content drops adding areas, cards, or classes
- Smaller hotfixes for crashes, rendering, and damage calculation bugs
